• Tea grading - measuring the quality of different teas
• Tea Tasting and terminologies to describe flavor profile - Featuring Darjeeling "The champagne of tea".
• Pairing different tea and food

The fee for the Intermediate Class is $75 (from $95) per person. This includes written materials, tea tasting, tea samples to take home, and a 20% off coupon to shop at Tea Time after the workshop (valid at the same day only).
